We are proud to announce that one of our dedicated employees, Jacob Ubl, recently took advantage of our Volunteer Time Off (VTO) policy to make a difference in our community. Jacob volunteered their time with the Manawa Lions Club at the Manawa Rodeo, taking on various tasks such as cooking food, picking up trash, painting fences, and even assisting in an emergency when the rodeo grounds flooded. Jacob's commitment and hard work exemplify the true spirit of community service. Through this experience, he has learned the profound value of coming together to support one another in times of need. We are both proud and a bit nostalgic to announce the retirement of our esteemed colleague, Mike Diestler, who has been with IVI since its inception over 31 years ago.
