A lean UX design studio helping start-ups ship better and faster
关于我们
We provide product strategy, product design, experience design, venue experience and UI design /design system expertise for organizations trying to innovate. We work alongside product, engineering teams and founders to leverage strategic design thinking and Lean UX practices to help launch digital solutions. Our approach focuses on organizational alignment, understanding user needs, reframing problems, and rapidly crafting solutions through an expanding product vision, prototypes, and design systems. We validate decisions through testing, ensuring your idea maintains the agility needed to innovate. Over the past two decades, we've had the privilege of working within both large organizations and ambitious startups. These successful organizations share a common thread: they view design not just as a process step, but as a valuable framework for continuous innovation. Noble was founded on the belief that good design tackles big challenges iteratively, validates solutions constantly and provides just enough design to help ship great technology. Reach out so we can help.

What a Season for the New York Mets! From a slow start to #OMG in the playoffs!?Off the field, fan expectations are changing, and new methods are required to adapt and bridge the way digital is deployed and physical spaces are operated. If you’re working with dozens of vendors yet no one can explain how these decisions or investments might impact your people. You’re doing it wrong. ? Getting to Know a Passionate Fanbase and Staff: Our team at Noble, Certified MBE partnered with Samsung Electronics to support the New York Mets during this rollercoaster season to understand fans/ staff and explore new ways to enhance the experience. ?? Leveraging Emerging Tech: By defining critical use cases we work with partners like HAVRION to integrate sensors and dynamic content on digital displays. Exploring ways to improve every moment—from finding your way to finding new amenities and planning for security scenarios. Using AI visualization tools to quickly convey a concept or prototypes to validate. ??Driving Engagement, Measuring Satisfaction, and Revenue: Using our Stadium Experience Playbook, we map use cases, new KPI frameworks (blurring NPS, ASQ, usability) and piloting tech we can boost fan satisfaction, interactions, and revenue. Ready to transform your venue’s customer experience? Reach out today to see how we can help improve satisfaction, drive revenue, and build long-term loyalty. https://gonoble.io/? #FanExperience #Playoffs #EmergingTech #Samsung #NewYorkMets #StadiumInnovation Major League Baseball (MLB)

I had a fantastic time representing Noble, Certified MBE, and connecting with other diverse business owners and corporate members at the 27th Annual Networking for Scholarships fundraiser organized by the New York & New Jersey Minority Supplier Development Council, Inc. The energy was high, and the networking opportunities were endless. Thank you to the incredible staff at the Council and volunteers who made everything run smoothly. #NYNJMSDC #diversity #networking #leadership #community

As Climate Week unfolds in New York ??, the city’s streets are packed with global leaders and endless traffic ??, one thing is clear: technology and sustainability are deeply intertwined. On the one hand, advances in AI and computing have significantly increased carbon emissions due to the massive energy demands of training models and processing data. But on the other hand, we need these very tools—AI, data analytics, and digital platforms—to monitor and address climate change effectively. Tons of great events are happening (via NY Climate Tech), and Im using my week to look for the best examples of storytelling, strategy and (well-designed) software. 1. Storytelling – It’s not just about awareness, it’s about behavior change. While companies like BP have used clever storytelling to shape false narratives around sustainability, we need to tell better stories that inspire action at both corporate and individual levels. 2. Strategy – We need to accelerate the cycle from strategy to testable digital solutions. Panels and discussions around strategy are great, but need faster cycles. It’s about moving from concept to implementation. The work we’re doing with SaaS startups leverages rapid define, design and prototyping to reduce time-to-market and quickly test new ideas, helping us learn faster. 3. Shipping Software – The integration of design and engineering is crucial for shipping climate-focused software. No-code tools and AI are transforming how quickly these solutions can be developed. Check out this workflow video that helped client teams better articulate how they needed the tool to work in a way that old requirement documents or wireframes couldn't bring to life. At our firm, we’re working with large companies trying to bring a product mindset and SaaS entrepreneurs trying to grow. Our work with partners like eino.ai, using AI-powered tools to create digital twins for managing physical assets, enabling network planners to model and optimize infrastructure in real-time. This kind of strategic innovation helps speed up decision-making and reduce environmental impact, showing how technology can be harnessed for sustainability goals. If you’re seeing interesting ideas this week around how technology and sustainability intersect or want to learn more about our rapid prototyping and AI experiments, drop me a note! #Climatetech #ClimateWeekNYC #Sustainability #AI #DigitalTwins #TechForGood #SaaS #ClimateAction #CarbonFootprint #Storytelling #Strategy Paul McConnell Kimesha (Carnegie) Langel Michael Pons Marvin Hidalgo

Great SEGD event learning from some of the best in our industry and meeting talented students from Fashion Institute of Technology and Christina Lyons program.
Thank you to our "Oh S***!: Tales from Lessons Learned" panelists:?Elizabeth Gressel from Central Park Conservancy,?Peter Haas from DCL (Design Communications Ltd.),?Joshua Gallagher from G&A, and?Amanda White from Local Projects,?who each discussed?their solutions and advice for when things don't go exactly as planned.?Thank you to all for an insightful and inspiring evening! You each imparted tremendous?knowledge?and invaluable advice to us all. Oh S***!: Tales from Lessons Learned?was curated?and presented by our FIT Exhibition and Experience Design MA SEGD Student Group led by the chair Christina Lyons and co-organized with the chairs of the SEGD NYC Chapter Melissa Budinic, Joshua Gallagher, Bhawika Mishra, and Tristan Valencia.?The attendees were welcomed by Dr. Brooke Carlson, Dean of FIT School of Graduate Studies. Throughout the event, the students had an opportunity to network and showcase they work to the exhibition and experience design industry professionals. Researchers developed two new computer vision algorithms to automatically interpret images of electronic materials. The algorithms increased the speed of material characterization with shockingly accurate results. This research could have significant impacts across several industries. Here’s how: ???? It enables faster iteration and prototyping of new electronic components. Designers could quickly test and characterize novel material combinations for displays, sensors, or other electronic elements in their products. ???? The accelerated development of new semiconductors and electronic materials could lead to improved displays, touch interfaces, and other hardware that enhances user interactions. ???? The ability to rapidly screen materials could help identify more stable and durable components, potentially reducing failures and improving reliability in electronic products. ???? It could speed up innovation cycles for devices like solar cells, LEDs, transistors, and batteries. ???? It could lead to more energy-efficient, brighter, or longer-lasting components for signage, lighting, or interactive installations. By dramatically accelerating the discovery and characterization of new electronic materials, this research has the potential to drive innovation and improvements across sectors that rely on advanced semiconductors and electronic components.
A new computer vision technique speeds up the characterization of newly synthesized electronic materials. From solar cells to LEDs, the potential applications “span the full gamut of where semiconductor materials can benefit society,” Aleks Siemenn says. https://lnkd.in/dSp5sBd5

I had the opportunity to visit the Rhode Island School of Design Museum and its Black Biennial exhibit over the long weekend. The Museum’s collection has everything from classical to contemporary pieces with some rare finds. The visitor experience was enhanced using QR codes and mobile apps. The Black Biennial is a captivating multidisciplinary exhibition that brought together Black artists from RISD and the surrounding community. The student-curated show is a must-see for anyone passionate about art, design, diversity, and community. Check out the RISD Museum Black Biennial on display through June 2nd. https://lnkd.in/eCSwY4Cg
