All the unsexy bits, including onboarding new items at Whole Foods, late night demand planning at Thrive Market, developing my own formula. It's all part of the process, none more important than the other as they're all needed. Yet when I sit down now and talk about what I do and why, I don't get to talk about that often. No one asks about the unsexy stuff. Even the 1 mm steel straps I sold earlier in my career, that helped perfect our crackers! Find the unsexy things that matter, master them and use them to your advantage. I promise to talk about the unsexy stuff more in 2024!
