This week, I had the opportunity to take part in the Butterfly Innovation Forum in Podgorica, organized by the Regional Cooperation Council (RCC). Alongside a trio of panelists - Mentor Rexhepi, MBA, CMC, Igor Mishevski and Kemal Bajramovic we discussed how the region can build on its strengths to work together in developing startup ecosystems - with the most important takeaway being how to overcome the fear of failure in innovation as a key step toward success.
