?? What a year it has been for iTICKET! ?? As 2024 comes to a close, we’re looking back on an incredible year filled with milestones, growth, and unforgettable moments. Here are some highlights that made this year so special: - Launched our brand-new iTICKET website, designed to make ticketing even smoother and more enjoyable for our users. - Celebrated 20 years of iTICKET with our amazing long-term partners and promoters who’ve been part of our journey. - Held our first event at Sky Stadium with our long-term partner of 15 years, Armageddon Expo - a milestone moment! - Introduced our first white-label and multilingual site for an international event with Les Mills International in Berlin, preparing for a global stage. - Made ticketing even more flexible by launching Afterpay and FLEXiPrice, offering more ways to pay for incredible events. - Partnered with Wellington Culinary Events Trust for our first Beervana at Sky Stadium, delivering good times and great brews. - Took home the award for Best Tech Innovation in Events at the NZ Events Association Awards - what an honour! - Successfully delivered a massive Les Mills event in Berlin, Germany, at the iconic Kraftwerk venue. Bringing the best of Kiwi innovation to the international stage. - Launched The Art of Banksy at Tākina - Wellington Convention & Exhibition Centre, another first for our team. - Wrapped up ticketing for a two-year tour with The Circus in Australia, and we’re thrilled to welcome them back home to Tāmaki Makaurau in 2025! ?? iTICKET and Toast Martinborough are sharing a proud moment as we celebrate being a finalist for the 2024 NZ Events Association Awards in the Best Technology Innovation Category. iTICKET’s partnership with Toast Martinborough commenced in 2019, where Toast needed an agile and supportive ticketing partner to continually improve their ticketing and event day solution. This iconic outdoor event presents NZ's finest wines and gastronomy from the stunning Wairarapa region to thousands of attendees each year. Innovative technology was required to accurately monitor attendees' movements across multiple vineyards to ensure a memorable and safe day out for all. Through open dialogue between Reece Preston (iTICKET Founder and Managing Director) and Ariel Codde (General Manager at Toast Martinborough) a first-time AI camera innovation was born. It eliminated clunky, manual systems, reduced gate personnel, provided real-time accurate data to stakeholders, PLUS it enhanced attendees' event day experience, allowing customers to choose when to visit each winery based on its current capacity. This technology will be in place again for Toast, Jan 19 2025 (its not too late to grab your tickets: https://lnkd.in/ghnkm6hr). We humbly celebrate this achievement and congratulate all the other finalists.
