Computer vision augmented decisions for gastroenterology
关于我们
Iterative Health is pioneering the use of artificial intelligence-based precision medicine in gastroenterology (GI), with the aim of helping to optimize clinical trials investigating treatment of inflammatory bowel disease (IBD). We use advanced machine learning and computer vision to interpret endoscopic images along with other types of data, helping clinicians to better assess patients with potential GI problems. This gives practitioners enhanced capabilities in the detection, annotation, disease scoring and treatment of GI related diseases. Iterative Health is initially applying these advances towards standardizing disease severity characterization for inflammatory bowel disease. Ultimately, the company aims to establish more meaningful endpoints to serve as better predictors of both therapeutic response and disease outcomes. The company is headquartered in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Yesterday was #PBCAwareness?day, a time to spotlight the importance of early diagnosis and timely treatment for Primary Biliary Cholangitis (PBC), a chronic disease that progressively destroys the bile ducts in the liver. At Iterative Health, we partner with sponsors and clinical research sites to expand and accelerate access to new, potentially life-changing therapies in Hepatology and GI. Today, several of our sites screen and enroll patients in PBC clinical trials. Our team of clinical research professionals works hand in hand with our clinical research sites from study activation through study close-out. Let's make every day an opportunity to raise awareness, support those affected by rare liver diseases, and help connect patients with innovative therapies. #PrimaryBiliaryCholangitis? #LiverDisease #Hepatology #Clinicaltrials

Meet “Martha,” an 85-year-old patient who underwent an AI-enhanced colorectal cancer surveillance colonoscopy with SKOUT. SKOUT’s real-time AI acted as a second set of eyes during the procedure, aiding in the identification of several sessile polyps. Sessile serrated polyps are responsible for over 30% of colorectal cancers, and can be challenging to spot due to their flat morphology. #polypdetection #colonoscopyquality #patientstories
