At the upcoming Illinois Teachers of English to Speakers of Other Languages-Bilingual Education (ITBE) 50th Annual Convention, LEARN’s Office of Teaching and Learning team—Jill Bessette, Lisa Kaplan, and Christina Golgozeanu—will present a breakout session titled "Advancing Academic and Linguistic Growth through Individualized Language Plans." This session will highlight how AI-driven Individualized Language Plans (ILPs) are shaping multilingual learners' educational experiences. The presentation will focus on how AI can personalize instruction, address linguistic needs, and improve educational equity, offering practical, high-impact strategies for educators and administrators.
