The Italian Trade Agency of New York brought together industry experts in the latest edition of our ITA Talks Series, Aged to Perfection: an in-depth discussion exploring the diversity of Italian cheeses and white wines. Following opening remarks from Raimondo Lucariello, Head of ITA New York's Food and Wine Division, our panel featured insights from Eugenio Perrier ?(Consorzio del formaggio Parmigiano Reggiano), Andrea Berti (Atalanta Corporation), and Susannah Gold (Vigneto Communications), with opening remarks delivered by Erica Di Giovancarlo, Italian Trade Commissioner. The discussion was expertly moderated by Andrew Cotto of Appetito Magazine. Industry professionals and trade journalists sampled a tasting menu featuring the themed products curated by Chef Fabrizio Facchini of the Association of Italian Chefs in New York celebrating the craftsmanship and highlighting the versatility of these Italian ingredients.
