Last week, the Issroff Family Foundation (IFF), together with a few of our CLI Alumni, had the privilege of visiting some of our incredible partners in Kajiado and Western Kenya. In these challenging times, witnessing their innovative work firsthand left us deeply inspired and grateful for the transformation happening across communities. We saw: ?? Strategy in Action: Our partner organizations are driving significant social change through targeted programs addressing girls' education, health, early childhood development, skills training, and youth support. ?? Community-based Impact: Each organization demonstrates the profound transformation that comes from localized, community-centered interventions in arenas such as education, health, skills development, and economic empowerment. Our partners are making a lasting difference, and we’re honored to walk alongside them in their mission. Onwards and upwards! ?

For any leaders even remotely thinking about succession planning/ leadership transitions…. Please see below. This is a great program and a supportive community.
The?Leadership Transition Community?(LTC), a community designed to support succession planning in the social sector, is launching its seventh cohort to support exit-curious Founders and Long-Term CEOs.??The cohort will last six months, beginning?in April, 2025. If you are considering whether it’s time for you to transition??out of your organization entirely or out of your CEO role into a new one, or whether you are planning to transition six months from now or maybe two+?years from now, our space is designed to support you.?To learn more, check out https://www.theltc.org/ ? The?cohort?will consist of?7-10 social sector leaders from all over the world, who are contemplative, action orientated, and committed to both vulnerability and holding confidentiality. We find the?cohort most useful when your leadership transition is at least six months away (and as many as 2-3 years).??Your interest and participation in this?cohort?is held in the strictest of confidence. Offerings:?We meet virtually twice a month the first month and then monthly after that for a total of 7 sessions over six months. The cohort kicks off in?mid-April and ends in September. Each meeting focuses on a different phase of the transition process, ensuring that you leave the?cohort?with a comprehensive transition plan. Meetings are 2 hours in length, including sharing promising practices in transitions, facilitated group conversations, peer support, guest presenters, and individualized time to apply your learnings to transition tools, templates, and strategies we provide, with the opportunity to receive real time feedback.?You can also choose to add on monthly 1:1 coaching to support you in the planning or execution process. ? Facilitators: Your facilitators and coaches are?Christa?Gannon and Scott Warren, former social sector CEOs who have engaged extensively in founder transition work.?We are committed to providing Founders and Long-Term CEO’s with the tools, support, and community they need to thrive during this life changing time. To learn more about?Christa?and Scott visit https://lnkd.in/g8zuGBge. ? Cost:?LTC offers a sliding scale, with the cohort cost $4K (without coaching). Additional coaching packages ranging from $250 to $1,350 (depending on the number of sessions desired) are also available.?If cost of attendance is a barrier, scholarships on a sliding scale are available so please do not hesitate to ask.?? ? What others are saying:?"The LTC experience is transformational. There is so much to think about when navigating an organizational transition- and the LTC covers it all. The guidance is superb; the content accessible and well-organized; and Scott/Christa?are exceptional. But beyond all this, the community that you are part of is invaluable- you'll learn so much from your peers going through similar processes themselves. I can't recommend this highly enough."

What extraordinary impact Asembo Skills is having on women and girls in the community. Thanks for hosting us!
A Special Visit from the Issroff Family Foundation This past week, we had the incredible honor of hosting the Issroff Family Foundation, and the CLI members Cavin Odera and Rogers Omollo at Asembo Skills for Hope. Watching you engage with our trainees, learn basic tailoring and basket weaving, and hearing directly from our graduates was truly heartwarming. Our graduates were overjoyed to share their experiences with you, and I know your visit left a lasting impact on them. Your willingness to immerse yourselves in our work is a testament to your commitment to empowering communities and creating lasting change. We were especially thrilled to walk together through our new land property, the future home of our ASH campus, a dream in the making. To the Issroff Family Foundation—thank you for walking this journey with us and believing in the power of transformation. Your visit has left an indelible mark on our community, and we look forward to building an even greater impact together! #Gratitude #Partnership #Empowerment #AsemboSkillsForHope #CommunityImpact
