Over the past week, Hygieia stood out at the ISSA Show 2024, highlighting empowerment, inclusivity, and leadership within the cleaning and facility solutions industry. Monday, Nov 18 We kicked off with Hygieia's Empower Your Future, sponsored by Kimberly-Clark Professional, where we spotlighted the insightful McKinsey Women in the Workplace 2024 Study Findings; spotlighted our founders and executive advisory council during the Celebrating 10 Years of Hygieia and Beyond panel; and enjoyed a networking lunch and session on emergent leadership; followed by a Hygieia Resource Library Launch panel discussion. ? ? Wednesday, Nov 20 We presented Building Inclusive Leadership: The Role of Mentors and Allies in the Cleaning and Facility Solutions Industry, an impactful session emphasizing the importance of mentorship and allyship in fostering growth and inclusivity in our industry. ? ?? The Grand Finale The celebration culminated with Hygieia's 10th Anniversary Awards Reception. It was a record-breaking evening—the most attended Hygieia Awards Reception to date!
