关于我们

Some firms specialize in compensation strategy, governance, and global compliance advisory services. Others concentrate on plan operations and administration. We do both. We understand the rules governing global equity and incentive compensation plans, as well as the functionality of the vendor platforms that support them. As a result, we offer a holistic approach to managing stock-based compensation programs. Since 2009, our national team of equity compensation experts have helped over 300 corporate clients from pre-IPO startups to fortune 100 companies.

Last week, ODA’s member companies,? community advisors, and advisory board members gathered in person for the first time. We spent a full day together at the KEEN HQ strategizing, sharing ideas, building trust, and having vulnerable conversations. Teresa made sure we all laughed a lot too. We created a shared vision for what an equitable outdoor industry looks like, feels like, operates like, thinks like, and sounds like. We aligned around shared priorities and talked about how ODA can bring this work to scale. ODA's role is to provide the support and structure our members need to do this work together.?We’ll keep the conversations moving forward by helping our members and community advisors build a strategy to influence the industry, and creating more opportunities for our members to talk about shared challenges, lessons learned, and successes. Huge thank you to our community advisors Lestarya Tuadi Molloy and Pamela Slaughter for sharing your insights and experiences with us. Shout out to KEEN for hosting us, and Marcelo Bonta for helping us dream. We couldn’t do this work without you. Thank you to all of our participants, your commitment to ODA and advancing equity in the industry is clear - Teresa Baker, Alicia Chin, Lestarya Tuadi Molloy, Pamela Slaughter, Erin Sprague, Kirsten Blackburn, Genevieve Long, Mindy Montgomery, Ashley (Bartlett) Woodman, ODCP, Elissa Banker Brown, Molly Inderhees, Dan Walker, Emily Eppler, Theresa McKenney, Claire Aha, Jen Flaxman, Jennifer Wright, Jewon Wee, and Josie Norris.

  • This is the easiest step we can each take to help the environment. I just clicked on the link and it took less than 2 minutes to read about the Energizing Out Communities Act and follow the steps on POW's website (my firm is an alliance member of POW and I can confirm this is legitimate). Hope many of my network will do the same!

A huge week!! Over the last 18 months, POW has worked tirelessly with partners to support common ground, common sense legislation. Introducing: The Energizing Our Communities Act (EOCA).?We are?thrilled to announce the introduction of the?Energizing Our Communities Act, a bill sponsored by Rep. Annie Kuster (D-NH) and Sen. Peter Welch (D-VT). The bill was introduced in both the U.S. House of Representatives and the U.S. Senate on April 18, and?publicly announced on Earth Day. “This legislation is a testament to the power of how a team of passionate athletes, creatives, scientists, brands, and policymakers can come together to build a better future." - Erin Sprague, CEO, POW What is the EOCA? The EOCA is designed to ease local permitting gridlock by reinvesting funds from DOE loan programs into communities that host clean energy infrastructure. At POW, we advocate and lobby for clean energy development and deployment, finding that transmission remains one of the biggest barriers to scaling clean energy. That is – delivering energy from the source to the customer. Point A to point B. ?There is currently 1,400 GW of available energy (90% of which is for zero-carbon energy like solar, wind and battery storage) seeking connection to our grid. We want to help make that happen!? In the last three years, significant progress has been made in the energy transition - through the Inflation Reduction Act and the Investment in Infrastructure and Jobs Act. Huge investments are making their way into the clean energy sector, but permitting at the local level is stalling out new transmission development.? To address this, we believe communities that host this clean energy infrastructure deserve to be supported in turn. The EOCA will bring REAL benefits to these communities. Through this bill, communities that host clean energy infrastructure will receive economic assistance for things like roads, bridges, schools, libraries, first responders, outdoor recreation, stewardship, and more. “This bill addresses outdated infrastructure, bureaucratic hurdles and NIMBYism, offering tangible benefits to communities embracing clean energy infrastructure.” - Ben Gubits, Vice President of Campaigns and Advocacy, POW Learn more about POW’s legislation on our site ?? “Communities coast to coast in all seasons are seeing undeniable impacts of climate change. The science is clear, and the moment is now - we need to rapidly scale our ability to get more clean energy onto the grid, and I’m proud to support the Energizing Our Communities Act.” - Jeremy Jones, Founder, POW The energy transition ensures a future of clean air, clean water, and a livable planet.

Yesterday, I returned home after spending a week in the Big Cottonwood Canyon (Utah) with Kurt Markert and our Associates for our third annual Work/Play week. No better way for building a high performing team who understands and lives our company values than living and working under one roof for a week each year, sharing meals and exploring the magnificent and challenging terrain in the Wasatch mountain range both within the ski resort boundaries and in the backcountry!
