Our 600 East Townhome project is located in a vibrant neighborhood in the heart of Sugar House, the townhomes are very spacious with 2,200 square feet, 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom floorplans, and the finishes and fixtures have been meticulously curated to deliver a beautiful and functional home. All of the units have now been fully built, and each of their final inspections have been passed. They are move-in ready, and are now listed for sale (and they are already beginning to go).
