For decades, the Beach Plaza Hotel stood as a fixture along Ocean City’s Boardwalk, welcoming generations of visitors to its prime location between 13th and 14th Streets on Atlantic Avenue. But as the city evolves, so too must its skyline. ISI Demolition recently had the opportunity to be part of this transformation, taking on the demolition of this well-known landmark. The project involved the careful dismantling of a five-story hotel alongside a two-story apartment building, both of which served as a hallmark of the Ocean City Boardwalk for generations.
