?? Employee Spotlight: Caitlin Cunningham ?? Caitlin Cunningham, Senior Program Manager in ISI’s Advisory Services Business Unit, plays a key role in our Real Estate Transactional Group, supporting lease acquisition, land acquisition, and due diligence project management for the VA and National Cemetery Administration (NCA). Joining ISI at the peak of proposal season, Caitlin immediately contributed to our National Broker Contract 4 (NBC 4) efforts, helping submit 27 lease task order proposals. Beyond managing proposal logistics, she enhanced content quality, directly contributing to $3M+ in new contracts under NBC 4. While doing so, she also completed her NBC 4 lease contract training—all within her first weeks. In just five months, Caitlin worked on 32 proposals while also leading project management for two large-scale land acquisition projects under the Real Estate Transaction Services Blanket Purchase Agreement (RETS BPA) for NCA. She ensures market research, due diligence, and subcontractor reports meet quality and compliance standards. Additionally, her process improvement initiatives have streamlined operations and strengthened ISI’s lease and land acquisition work. Caitlin’s expertise, leadership, and drive allowed her to make an immediate and lasting impact across ISI.
