Day 1 of the #ForumEA25 annual conference has been an incredible opportunity to (re)connect with friends and colleagues, and savor these precious moments of togetherness. ISEP Study Abroad has brought our largest delegation of attendees to date, and we're thrilled to see so many familiar faces stop by our booth (# 89 in case you haven't come by yet!). Tomorrow I look forward to presenting with my colleagues Mariam Raza, Ed.D. and Dr. Gayathri Banavara, PMP. Our session, "What’s Next? How to Continue Scaling COIL at Your Institution," will be held at 10:30 a.m. in Dominion South on the second floor. If you're interested in expanding COIL on your campus, I hope to see you there!

The Fulbright Finland Foundation supports the internationalization of Finnish higher education and research, and helps Finnish institutions create linkages with U.S. universities. Today we organized a full-day capacity building workshop for Finnish institutions on developing sustainable partnerships to increase student mobility between Finland and the U.S. Altogether 40 higher education professionals from 17 Finnish institutions participated to share best practices, learn from each other, and brainstorm together to identify new models, solutions, and next steps. A big thank you to all who co-created the event: the participants, our presenters and panelists, the facilitator of the workshop Leasa Weimer, PhD, and the Foundation team. We all agreed about the value of these forums and networks and will work together to create similar opportunities also going forward. A special thank you to #USAStudyAbroad and to Opetus- ja kulttuuriministeri?/Undervisnings- och kulturministeriet/Ministry of Education & Culture for your support for the workshop. #InternationalEducation #IntlEd ISEP Study Abroad #North2North

Welcome to the ISEP Community, Widener University! We are delighted to have you as an ISEP Member.
Pack your bags, adventure awaits!! Whether domestic or abroad, for a week or a semester, study away is an option for all Widener students, and through a new partnership, is more affordable & accessible than ever. We recently joined?ISEP Study Abroad, a consortium of 300 institutions from around the world. ISEP applies a Widener student’s tuition and room & board fees directly to program costs – even using existing scholarships and financial aid – making the cost of studying away not much different than it would be to stay on campus. “This opens the doors to give every student the ability to study away.” ~?Madison Becker, MBA, Widener study abroad advisor and program coordinator in International Student Services Read more: https://lnkd.in/eiqFg-bH

Thanks to their leadership, women in education abroad—whether as leaders, administrators, staff, faculty, or students—continue to inspire change and shape the future of international education for generations to come. #WomensHistoryMonth
