We've always?been inspired by the opportunity that lies in underutilized spaces – a potential to create gathering places that welcome belonging and connectivity. This year we continued our focus on passive engagement and how to engage folx on their own terms, to serve their civic experience and broaden their communities.? See for yourself, and cruise around through some of our 2022 projects! As we close?out the year, we'd like to give a massive high five?all the partners, collaborators,?artists and clients and friends (you know who you are)?for everything you've shared with us, and taught us to continue to broaden our practice at Isenberg Projects. There will be a lot more gatherings, and experiences to share in 2023, that's for certain! Perhaps even some hosted in our new space, so get on our mailing list.?Happy New Year!

As you gear up for this year’s St. Patrick’s Day Parade, consider adding a few more Southie stops to your day. Our South Boston guide highlights dining spots and cultural destinations. Grab a pint at your favorite irish pub, then discover something new along the way such as the Distillery Gallery art space, Mei Mei Dumplings cooking classes, or Grays Hall's natural wine selection. There’s so much more to explore and we’re excited to share it with you. Check out the full guide at https://lnkd.in/eQFCeKjA.

A photo recap and note from Emily Isenberg: "Back (and finally recovered) from an incredible ILC Confab in Nashville! Independent Lodging Congress consistently brings together the best minds in independent hospitality, and this gathering was no exception. The conversations were sharp, the connections were real, and the programming was as intentional as ever. Every time it ends, I leave with new friends and filled to the brim with inspiration to take back to the team. Some highlights: ? Toured AJ Capital Partners and got an inside look at how they’re shaping Nashville’s Wedgewood Houston district. ? Jumped in last-minute to moderate Liz Woodward’s panel—an unexpected but rewarding moment. Huge thanks to Leesa LeClaire (The Greater Nashville Hospitality Association) and Adrienne Siemers (Nashville Convention & Visitors Corp) for an insightful conversation on Nashville’s rapid growth and what it means for independent hospitality. I’m still thinking about the energy in Nashville. Hit me up if you want to learn more about ILC or interested in coming to Cultivate in NYC this April. (Or just want to talk about the "it" factor Independents still have) Ps. Still obsessed with Impact Investment with Jen Collins" #ILCNashville #IndependentHospitality #Confab Photos by Louie?Herman

Happy Lunar New Year! In celebration, we’re shining a light on Chinatown—the home of our office and a neighborhood we’re proud to be part of. As rising housing and land costs threaten its character, many longtime residents—primarily Asian immigrants—face challenges. This guide highlights the arts organizations, restaurants, and shops that help preserve Chinatown’s culture. Explore the full guide via the link in our bio or at https://lnkd.in/eV3qzcTe.
