The 50th Anniversary - Annual Business Meeting is in the books and what a night it was! Many said "It was the best to date" We headed to the Borgata Hotel, Casino & Spa in Atlantic City, NJ where this yearly event combined association business, educational opportunities and a networking social event! Valuable CECs in water conservation were earned followed by updates on the activities of the IANJ, our legislative initiatives, and the presentation of the prestigious IANJ Lifetime Achievement Award. Our 50th Anniversary celebration included a special cocktail reception featuring a live band, raffle, cocktails hors d’oeuvres and plenty of camaraderie. Ron Cannella-IANJ President, and Bob Dobson-President Middletown Sprinkler Company, presented the Lifetime Achievement Award to Chris Keating-The Toro Company (Ret), where Ron read Chris' extensive and noteworthy bio. Bob shared a few funny experiences from his many years working with Chris and had the crowd laughing out loud. Chris humbly spoke from his heart about volunteering, mentoring, continuous growth and the joy he gained from the many years in the industry. Click the link to view pictures of the event: https://lnkd.in/eHEUn3Pd The bar for a productive, well attended and fun event has been raised to new heights; we are already looking forward to the 2025 meeting!
