Happy fifth anniversary to Kelsey Branch. Kelsey, the agency manager in Ohio, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia, comes from a long line of family in the insurance world and saw how fulfilled they were while working in the industry. After she got a Business Management degree, Kelsey worked at Travelers Insurance in Auto Claims. Later, she started working at the Iroquois’ Home Office but realized during the COVID closures that she needed more daily interaction with others, so she made the jump to the field team to interact with Member Agents and prospects every day.
