Val Takacs is an Ironworker Apprentice with Ideal Contracting. She began her professional career as a certified welder before deciding to pursue a new path as an ironworker. Now in the second year of her apprenticeship, Val is thriving in her career and proud of all she has accomplished so far. Val is a strong representation of the power of women in construction.
