I have been working on the finance side of the construction industry for 15 years but recently joined the Iron Sheepdog team in August 2024! ? Q: What do you like most about working at Iron Sheepdog? The best thing about working at Iron Sheepdog is the people-- the?people I work with and our brokers and our clients. Everyone is down to earth and willing to jump in and help any way they can. ? Q: What's the most unexpected thing about working at Iron Sheepdog? I come from the corporate world where your ideas and opinions are not valued and where I was one of about 35,000 employees and felt like I was just another number. Here at Iron Sheepdog, I feel valued, I feel like a part of a team and I feel like my ideas matter. I love that no matter where you are on the totem pole, everyone is treated equally and every single person will roll up their sleeves to get a job done.? ? Q: What out-of-office activities do you enjoy? Favorite places traveled? Favorite movie/show/book? I am a mom of two boys, 10 and 3, so most of my free time is consumed with?them, whether it's baseball/t-ball, racing, soccer or just playing outside. They are always on the go! I have started to take time for myself to find something that I like and have joined a mom's only book club in my town. We meet once a month (with NO kids) and have a blast.
