The Enterprise Services Business Unit at Iris Software came together for their annual Managers Offsite, high on energy, packed with shared moments, and centered around the Irisians who make ES what it is. With leaders in the room and teams showing up in full spirit, it was a celebration of connection, culture, and the everyday magic of working together. A business context-setting session by our leadership laid out the vision for the future, reinforcing our shared purpose and energizing everyone for the journey ahead. The evening lit up with ES Rangmanch, where skits brought humor and playful takes on corporate life, sparking plenty of laughs. And at ES Mavericks, we paused to spotlight the exceptional Irisians who went above and beyond, reminding us how recognition and fun can go hand in hand. A leading Japanese bank’s U.S. operations navigated the complexities of an evolving payments landscape by modernizing its core payments architecture. The lack of a modern architecture hindered client experience, with multiple channels initiating various payment types that required complex processing.
