What gives you satisfaction? money and all kinds of luxury isn't it? One luxury that came in my path to delve is ADR which means Alternate Dispute Resolution. The Deeper you dig, the deeper you explore, and in this process of venturing I came across a connecting soul who is fond of creating awareness on this path that is Iram Majid, the Director of the Indian Institute of Arbitration and Mediation. Iram Majid took the initiative in a pro-bono awareness program held this week from the 2nd to the 6th of July for all the aspirants. It was an insightful session on the Arbitration Act, which gained in-depth knowledge and I felt the interaction and the way of teaching by Ms. Iram created a strong desire who ventured to learn Arbitration like me. She emphasized landmark judgments on Arbitration by imparting foundation knowledge on Arbitration which enriched my understanding of Arbitration. The interactive and engaging manner in which she conducted the sessions fostered a profound connection and made the learning experience exceptionally rewarding. IADR Forum Session | Day 4 We're pleased to share some highlights from the fourth day of the IADR Forum Session. Ms. Iram Majid led this pro bono session, which was filled with insightful approaches to arbitration. She also delved into the Arbitration Act and its processes.

We are pleased to share highlights from the second session of the IADR Forum, where we focused on the critical topic of arbitrability. This session provided an in-depth discussion on what constitutes arbitrable disputes, the legal framework surrounding arbitrability, and practical considerations for practitioners. Our sincere thanks and applause to the active participants for their engagement and insightful contributions.

We are delighted to announce the successful launch of the Batch 9 of the IADR Forum with our first session, led by the distinguished Ms. Iram Majid. The session covered an insightful overview of ADR, the various methods of ADR, the differences between negotiation, mediation, and arbitration, and an in-depth overview of arbitration and its benefits.
