She cites a recent multicultural, multigenerational study of Americans that revealed a high incidence of retirement worries within multicultural segments, particularly among multicultural women. She notes this data offers two significant opportunities: Financial professionals can help ease these worries by introducing them to products that can deliver guaranteed lifetime income, and the insured retirement industry can develop greater workforce diversity.
