At 691,000 square feet, Spooky Nook Champion Mill in Hamilton, Ohio, is North America's largest indoor sports facility. From basketball and volleyball courts to turf soccer fields, Spooky Nook can accommodate nearly any major dry-land sport. Come out with us for a luncheon and tour of this amazing facility. Please look at the parking map prior to arrival.?You can park in Lot 5 or Lot 6.?Lot 5 is our smallest lot at the “tip of the ship” which is the northern end of the building.?Lot 6 is the lot just past lot 5 on B Street. IREM Greater Cincinnati & Dayton OH Chapter 9 took a big swing and had our April meeting today at Top Golf in Westchester! Less programming and more celebration and networking. A great turnout with fun, food, drinks and competition! If you think the real estate market is tough competition, try getting a group of industry professionals together for an event with a Leaderboard! Thank you to everyone who braved the weather to experience an exciting afternoon! Shout out to Curt Koslovsky walking away with the top spot. For our Feb. meeting, Chapter 9 met to enjoy lunch and take part in an amazing bts tour of TQL Stadium, home of FC Cincinnati! It was a wonderful experience seeing the ins and outs of the facility from suites and press box, to the many bars and club spaces, all the way to the locker room and sidelines! Great discussion and Q&A with the TQL Stadium Facility Team about their unique processes, challenges, and goals for the future!
