In celebration of #NationalRecyclingDay on November 15th, we organized a friendly departmental contest for #textile recycling, encouraging co-workers to contribute to our #RBBC (Recycle Buy Back Centre). Together, we achieved an impressive total of 136KG! ?? A huge shoutout to the #Operations team for leading the way with an incredible 55KG contribution as a group! They’re taking home a small token of appreciation. In addition, each contributor is rewarded with 2x tack points (available now for all #TackClub member until 1st December)! We decorated a #Kolam together with our service provider team, and it was a wonderful experience filled with creativity and collaboration. Our service provider also invited us to their FIKA, showcasing the beauty of our diverse culture in Malaysia and the strength of our togetherness. Internally, we hosted our own FIKA alongside a Halloween theme. A big thank you to the Marketing team for their incredible efforts in decorating the venue and organizing so many fun activities for everyone. Ikano Health Week served as a powerful reminder of the importance of staying active, healthy, and connected, while bringing co-workers together to exercise for a good cause and strengthen our sense of community. Our top three hours contributors truly embodied the spirit of well-being, dedicating the most hours to their health. It was a pleasure having our interns, Amirul Akmal (Facilities Management) and SITI SARAH AHMAD FADZLI (Customer Service), host a cross-cultural Mid-Autumn Festival celebration for all co-workers last week. They thoughtfully prepared mooncakes, tea, and fun activities to engage everyone, even creating a welcoming atmosphere with music and storytelling to share the history behind the festival. Co-workers enthusiastically designed their own versions of mooncakes and shared their stories, making it a truly fun and heartwarming event.
