Researchers at the University of Iowa are looking for companies with 20+ employees to participate in a research study of the prevalence of multiple job holding in their organization. Supervisors will complete three short surveys and employees will complete one short survey (about 10 minutes per survey), sent at two-week intervals. In exchange for participating in the study, companies will receive customized reports, professional development workshops, and/or actionable plans for managing multiple jobs in the workplace. Researchers at the University of Iowa are looking for companies with 20+ employees to participate in a research study of how leaders respond to customer mistreatment of employees. Employees and supervisors will complete multiple short surveys (about 5-10 minutes per survey), sent at weekly intervals. In exchange for participating in the study, companies will receive customized reports, professional development workshops, and/or actionable plans for improvement of employee-customer interactions.
