In response, the IADAPT program has been designed to provide Iowa dentists with a free, confidential service that integrates executive coaching and therapy. Each year, dentists will receive three, one-hour sessions tailored to the unique needs of Iowa dentists. IADAPT’s licensed providers are Iowa-based, fully credentialed and equipped to assist dentists with a wide scope of issues.
