Working with the European Commission (INTPA) to contribute to fostering competitive markets and inclusive #EconomicIntegration in the East African Community (#EAC). Through targeted Technical Assistance, we aim to strengthen the capacity of the EAC Competition Authority in implementing regional competition policy. Our work will focus on reviewing and enhancing the EAC regulatory framework, building capacity for competition enforcement, and raising awareness through key stakeholder engagement.

We proudly announce that IOS Partners, in collaboration with the Inter-American Development Bank (#IDB) and the State of Rio Grande do Sul, is leading the region's first Public-Private Partnership (PPP) in healthcare! This transformative project aims to structure a PPP to build, manage, and operate a new hospital in Viamão. 🏥 With an estimated 500 beds, the new hospital will help alleviate the pressure on existing healthcare facilities in Porto Alegre, the state’s most populous region, providing high-complexity medical services and improving public healthcare for thousands. 🚀 Our goal is to implement a high-performance management model to enhance service quality, boost efficiency, and improve patient satisfaction. The hospital will be integrated into the state's healthcare network, ensuring synergy between services and alignment with state regulatory systems. 🗓️ Our team conducted a technical mission in Rio Grande do Sul, where we met with state officials and visited the proposed site and the current Viamão Hospital.
