Employee Care Foundation
The Invited Employee Care Foundation assists employees experiencing a financial hardship due to unforeseen events such as a fire, death in the immediate family, illness, domestic situations, and other emergencies. Grant applications are reviewed by the Board of Directors on a weekly basis. On average they receive 5-8 applications per week. Donations to ECF from Invited employees and Charity Classic events has helped the fund award $9.6 million to 5,000+ employees since inception of the program.
