Our team reimagined these spaces with team-centered layouts, improved circulation, and elevated aesthetics. The bold ceiling designs and dynamic accent lighting set the tone for greatness, creating an atmosphere that fuels focus, unity, and game-day intensity because champions deserve a slam dunk space that brings its A-game. ? This St. Patrick’s Day, we’re raising a glass to sustainability! ???? ? SingleSpeed Brewing’s Des Moines location isn’t just green in spirit—it’s green by design. Once an old tire shop, it’s now a vibrant, energy-efficient brewery and restaurant. Rooftop solar panels help offset the energy produced, while an electric brewing system eliminates the need for a boiler, making every pint a little greener. ? Garage doors on all sides of the beer hall welcome fresh air and daylight, reducing the need for artificial lighting and ventilation. Smart zoning of heating and cooling ensures energy is used only where needed, maximizing efficiency without sacrificing comfort. ? It was love at first site. When we first explored the future home of Waverly-Shell Rock North Ridge Elementary, we discovered a unique natural feature - a paha. These rare, wind-formed ridges, shaped over thousands of years by glacial deposits, are a distinctive part of Iowa’s landscape. This landform didn’t just capture our attention - it shaped our design approach, allowing the school to blend seamlessly with its surroundings.
