What an honor! Yesterday, the INvets team was recognized by The Hummingbird Charitable Foundation, founded by former Second Lady Karen Pence. The foundation is dedicated to supporting Indiana-based charities, with a special focus this year on our veterans and organizations that serve veterans. At the inaugural Hummingbird Luncheon, we were awarded much-needed funds that will help us continue our mission-connecting veterans, active duty service members, and their families with careers and a place to call home right here in Indiana. INvets relies on public donations to provide our services free of charge to veterans and their families. A heartfelt thank you to Mrs. Pence, their Board of Directors and everyone who supports their work in funding nonprofits that make a difference in the Hoosier state!
