The five-dollar price point—the smallest unit of currency that can be reasonably expected to cover a meal—is having a moment, marketing experts say. One major front is assembling appealing $5 meals. El Pollo Loco recently started a $5 Tuesday taco special and will soon sell a chicken bowl at the same price. McDonald’s is extending its $5 Meal Deal into December. Kentucky Fried Chicken, Popeyes, and Burger King have recently touted their own five-buck promotions. The pull is largely psychological since most consumers won’t actually pull out a $5 bill, said Joseph Nunes, a marketing professor at the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business. A $5 offering can strengthen the sense that a brand is affordable, according to Melina Palmer, a behavioral economist and author. Learn more here:?https://lnkd.in/eTDSwSWk

Whether it's dividing dividends among investors or calculating a bonus for an employee who leaves partway through the year, pro rata ensures that everyone gets their rightful share. It’s a handy concept that helps keep things equitable, making sure no one gets left out when it comes to sharing the wealth! https://lnkd.in/eeMU4CVR

An?International Bank Account Number (IBAN)?is a handy tool that helps identify bank accounts across borders, making international transactions smoother and more reliable. This unique number starts with a two-letter country code, followed by two check digits and up to thirty-five alphanumeric characters representing the account details. While the IBAN is widely embraced by many countries to simplify overseas payments, the U.S. and Canada, although not using it directly, still appreciate its role in ensuring that money transfers around the globe are efficient and accurate! https://lnkd.in/ejkSmc2Q
