Ryan, an employee at Spokenote, a printing company specializing in personalized QR codes with videos, messages, and pictures, recently completed a major project. He scanned, sorted, and packaged an impressive 40,000 QR codes! Spokenote, recognizing the importance of accommodating employees with disabilities, adjusted Ryan's work environment to support his success. Invest Hamilton County, Ivy Tech Community College Hamilton County, and the Hamilton County Sheriff's Office have partnered to launch a new program called the Educational Empowerment Program. This 6-week initiative aims to aid inmates at the Hamilton County Jail as they reenter society, focusing on personal, professional, and career development. Participants will earn one college credit hour applicable to an Ivy Tech educational pathway upon completion. ??
