For generations, family farms like Norm’s have been the backbone of rural America—but keeping them in the family isn’t always easy. Clean energy projects provide stable, long-term income that helps landowners invest in their land, support their families, and pass their farms down to future generations. By leasing portions of their land for energy projects, farmers can grow their revenue streams and re-invest in what they do best—growing food, fueling communities, and securing their legacy.
