Veterans are dismissed for “lack of experience” without consideration of their transferable skills. ? Many don’t even make it through the filters to an interview. Do you Spam or do you deliver value in outreach? We posted a job opening and, for two weeks, were bombarded by staffing companies, all with the same automated message that they have people... that's it, they're a staffing company, and they have candidates. Clearly, no one is going to respond to that garbage, and why should they? When we see a job opening and want to reach out to a potential client, we reach out with actual value. If someone sends me an anonymized resume of someone they think might be a fit?because they did actual research or demonstrated WHY they're of value, I'd at least have a conversation. #valueadd #recruiting #dontspam
