Collaboration in action! Last week, the engineering leaders from each inTEST company met at Acculogic. This gathering was a unique opportunity to exchange ideas, share best practices, and explore innovative solutions that will drive our collective success.
inTEST Thermal Solutions got to spend time with engineering leaders from across inTEST at Acculogic in Markham, Canada. We had to battle Taylor Swift crowds, but it was worth it to share ideas and learn how to better provide solutions for our customers and the challenges they face.

And another new manipulator to our line, the LS2. Featuring powered vertical motion and 6 axis of compliant motions for ease of docking and undocking, the LS2 handles up to 250 lbs. The LS2 Manipulator also supports the High Power Test Solutions for the ETS-88 DP-32. https://lnkd.in/eiB6qeea

In our 30+ years of providing custom engineered equipment solutions to manufacturing problems, we have seen a great deal of interest in the past 3-4 years in EV assembly and test solutions. Fortunately, our partners are well equipped to handle these challenges. One of which was providing a solution from #InTest chillers that took a standard packaged, low temperature chiller(with heater), utilizing EGW as the fluid medium for OEM EV Inverters. There were special cycling needs on this application due to it's long test period, (think 30+ days). We were also able to accommodate their need to drain the system after the tests, to check for debris contaminates in the DUT (Device under test). #InTest has provided 18 units under this contract for long term development. Here's a sample picture of the nicely packaged, Chiller provided. This design allows the chiller controls to talk to and be controlled by the cell central control.
