Dean Curtis, Co-Founder "I am currently in Bolivia writing this post. ? As a co-founder of Interweave Solution I have had the opportunity to work with many different cultures and personalities. We have nearly 4,000 volunteer facilitators, that we call Success Ambassadors, that teach self-reliance around the world in ninety plus countries. ? This trip I am visiting Success Ambassadors in Colombia, Bolivia and Ecuador. We started the Success Ambassador program in South America about twelve years ago. It is a pleasure for me to see some of the Ambassadors that are still working hard after all these years. ? As their leader, I notice they have three things in common.? First, they have a vision of what we are trying to accomplish. They believe in helping people become self-reliant. They want to help people. Keeping the vision in front of their minds has been an important step for this retention. ? Second, they are people of integrity. They are honest and caring and really want to make a difference. They are not saying one thing and doing another. ? Finally, they are hardworking and resilient. Even through family problems and life challenges they have continued to work hard and keep the hope and faith that things will work out. ? Life is not easy in these countries. There are political and social challenges. But thanks to great people who have vision, integrity and resilience, these Success Ambassadors are truly making a difference."

With a strong foundation of reliable service and customer satisfaction, his business is driving change and creating opportunities in his community. The course inspired Johnny to aim higher, and now he is committed to mentoring others to do the same. Last week our President, Jonathan Reid, and Diego, our Spanish Language Director, witnessed firsthand the transformative impact of the MBS program in the Dominican Republic! In Santiago, they collaborated with the Minister of Education and the Mayor to bring MBS JR. courses to local schools. They held a graduation at a drug addiction recovery center which was an incredible celebration of the hard work of 30 students. In Santo Domingo, the team explored a powerful new partnership with a state-owned power company, whose leaders are willing to train their employees as Success Ambassadors to empower disadvantaged communities. Additionally, the team finalized an exciting agreement with the Dominican Republic’s state university to bring the MBS program to its students. As part of the initiative, Diego will deliver a lecture on self-reliance, inspiring students to enroll in the MBS course and encouraging them to become Success Ambassadors. This collaboration aims to empower the next generation of leaders. They ended the week with an incredible graduation at a women's home that helps victims of abuse. There, a congresswoman saw the program's potential to improve lives, proof that the ripple effect of this mission is ever-growing.

A double celebration in Kenya: the opening of our Nairobi office and the graduation of a determined group of small business owners! Led by the incredible Annet Nankumba, these graduates have overcome challenges and gained the confidence to take their businesses to new heights. The Nairobi office symbolizes our ongoing commitment to supporting entrepreneurs in the region, creating a space for learning, mentorship, and growth.
