Reflecting on Two Years of Entrepreneurship in HR Tech ?? After over 16 years in the corporate world, stepping into the world of entrepreneurship as a co-founder and CFO of an HR tech startup InterviewDesk has been nothing short of transformative. The last two years have brought more learning, challenges, and growth than I could have imagined. Transitioning from a structured corporate environment to a bootstrapped startup has meant wearing many hats — from sales to strategy to finance, HR, operations, technology discussions, product road map treasury, cash flow management...... In a bootstrapped environment, every decision counts, and resources are precious. Playing multiple roles has taught me to innovate with limited resources, build robust financial strategies, and keep our team motivated and resilient.
