Now, away from all the typical talk about tech and codes, we were excited to shoot this one with Esther, chronicling her story from the chance outreach that led to her 1st role in customer support fourteen (14) years ago, through the evolution of her #Interswitch journey over the ensuing decade and half, from frontline operations to strategic stakeholder management, working closely with executive and senior leadership, catalysed by consistent openness to stepping out of comfort zones and embracing challenges headlong ?? ... ?
