This phase involves a self-learning training provided by Interstellar Performance Labs, which covers critical areas of Analog Missions while promoting personal growth as both an individual and team member. ?? Building Team Identity in Space Missions: STAR.WBA Phase 1 ?? It’s official! Last weekend, Interstellar Performance Labs kicked off Phase 1 of the World's Biggest Analog with our first stellar cohort—look at them shine! ?? Right now, these individuals are hard at work in small groups, collaborating on their Team Purpose Statement & Mission Patch Design Project. This first challenge is more than just about cool designs—it’s about representing the unity across global habitats. Habitats and candidates across the globe are all coming together in this phase to foster team cohesion right here on Earth, prepping for future off-world missions. But here’s where it gets fun: you get to help decide which mission patch becomes official! Each group will submit their design, and soon, you’ll have the chance to vote on your favorite patch. This symbol will represent the world’s largest analog mission and showcase the power of collaboration in space exploration.
