Now that we have had a chance to reflect after successfully hosting our Annual Conference in Riga, we can proudly say that it was a labor of love. One of our panel moderators noted that the ILN has a "special sauce," and we couldn't agree more. Observing how new attendees are welcomed as old friends, and how old friends are embraced as family, is truly special. As highlighted during the conference, the riskiest thing a lawyer can do is refer their clients to someone else. We understand this, and we strive to make it easier by fostering deep and engaging relationships that build genuine trust among our members. We are immensely grateful to our group for their trust and collaboration during these unique times. Special thanks to our outstanding events partners, Dynamic Conferences & Events, who make it all look seamless, and to our phenomenal chair, Pavla Kopeckova Prikrylova, the Executive Committee, and the Board of Directors for their tireless work behind the scenes to create this magical experience.
