***New Employee Spotlight Update*** Lon Rogers joined our team in the Summer of 2022 as an Assistant Project Manager and is learning the ropes under an IICC Senior Project Manager at GM Marion. Lon's dedication, work ethic and effort makes him a valuable member of the IICC Team. Lon's future is very bright! "Having been with IICC for about a year and a half my experience has been great and I have learned a lot about the automotive industry. I have been able to build on many of the management skills I developed through college and internships, as well as apply knowledge from past experiences to help navigate the ever-changing atmosphere of the projects. I have been fortunate enough to be onsite for a program from its start, through various project types, to an installation. I have also been fortunate enough to receive support from a world class group of IICC employees, who have helped me better understand the work behind the scenes and on the floor of a large installation project. The teamwork among IICC employees and willingness to help is important on projects at the scale that IICC handles.
