The Rhonda Williams Prize honors Rhonda Williams' legacy and supports scholars from underrepresented demographic groups in IAFFE. Award Amount: $2,000 Conference: IAFFE Annual Conference in Amherst, United States, July 3-5, 2025 Criteria: The recipient's activism, advocacy, and scholarship should demonstrate a commitment to inequalities based on race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, or nationality; interrelationships among racism, sexism, homophobia, and classism; or connections between scholarship and activism. Did you know? IAFFE’s 2024 Annual Conference saw over 800 participants from 85 countries, with 705 onsite and 110 remote attendees. It was our largest conference yet, with a record-breaking 747 submissions! ?? The event also featured 115 on-site sessions and 9 remote-only sessions.
