Yesterday we had the pleasure of attending Transportation & Construction GIRL Day, where young women get the opportunity to learn about exciting career paths in the infrastructure industry. ? This is IME's first time as a TCG Day sponsor. Our team had the best time displaying interactive electrical exhibits using Play-Doh and a 3-way electrical switch. Thanks to our very own PM, Felicia Taylor getting us involved in such a fun filled organization that’s so near to your heart!

Exciting progress at Denver International Airport - City & County of Denver Dept of Aviation as the East Security Checkpoint hits 50% completion! We're proud to have completed the Wall Rough-In for the TSA Breakroom and Gear Rough-In for the Lvl 4 Comm Room. Significant progress has been made on power relocations for the new elevators, which will transport passengers from security down to the train tunnel. Work is also advancing on the Level 4 train platform ceilings and nearing completion for the Level 6 ceilings above the circulation and new security vestibules. We're thrilled to be part of the project with HENSEL PHELPS and look forward to sharing more updates!

Team Member Spotlight: Meet Justin Fauland, Assistant Project Manager on IME's Special Projects and Service Team. Justin joined IME as an Electrical Apprentice and quickly advanced to Foreman before stepping into his current role as Assistant Project Manager. He's now leading the Catholic Charities of Denver (CCD) Samaritan House 48th Avenue Shelter Project, having transitioned from Foreman during Phase 1 to overseeing Phase 2. As a dedicated leader, Justin continues to guide the team with strategic planning and clear communication, ensuring the project’s smooth progression day in and day out.?Under his leadership, this once former warehouse, has undergone major renovations and has been transformed into the largest women’s homeless shelter in the Front Range. His dedication to the project has helped make a significant impact for countless women in need across the community. We’re proud to recognize Justin’s hard work and the significant impact he’s made throughout this project. Way to go, Justin!
