We couldn’t have picked a better way to end a busy week of travel than by surrounding ourselves with some of West Virginia’s most inspiring women. ?? Moodr Health team members Michelle Hopkins and Jackie Lytton were beyond grateful to attend the Women Warriors Summit, led by the one and only, the fabulous Alys Smith. The day was filled with wisdom from incredible women, helping us to become the best versions of ourselves. We learned about maximizing productivity—how to prioritize tasks, make solid plans, and most importantly, execute them. One of the most powerful takeaways? It’s okay to say no. Whether it’s a task at work you can’t take on or a personal request that feels overwhelming, setting boundaries is essential. Taking on too much can negatively impact your mental, physical, and emotional well-being. Thank you to all the amazing women who shared their stories and insights. Our team is back on the East Coast, and we’ve had time to reflect on our incredible experience at the Startup World Cup last week. A few highlights from our trip included: -Meeting and learning from brilliant entrepreneurs, VCs, and business leaders from across the globe -Connecting with attendees and creating valuable relationships -Gaining insight into groundbreaking innovations and inspiring businesses The biggest takeaway from SWC is being reminded of just how fortunate we are to have an incredible support system cheering us on. From our amazing team to our advisors, mentors, and those who’ve connected us with people who share our vision of delivering better mental health care for all—thank you. Representing West Virginia on this global stage was an honor, and we’re more motivated than ever to continue our mission. A special thanks to those who traveled across the country to support us: Lloyd Jackson, Eva Toor, and especially Tara St. Clair. We wouldn’t have had this opportunity or be where we are today without the incredible IgniteWV competition and the unwavering support from Tara and the rest of the WV Entrepreneurship Ecosystem.
