Interlock Tower, owned by SJC Ventures, is the second phase of the mixed-use district at The Interlock and a sprawling 272,766-square-foot property designed for unparalleled entertainment, student living, retail, dining and grocery. Located at 1042 Northside Dr. and just adjacent to and walkable from The Interlock, the property is home to a 42,000-square-foot full-service grocery store coming soon, 186,000 square feet of office space, 40,000 square feet of retail space and Georgia Tech student housing. Additional tenants include Starbucks, Pinky Promise Champagne Bar, a restaurant by The X Pot, City Nails, GoodVets, Kura Revolving Sushi Bar, Salon Lofts and Five Guys.
