As Andrew Green narrates, “This transformation required a bold effort.” This monumental achievement would not have been possible without the incredible commitment and stewardship of both our membership and our dedicated team. This is a generational moment in our club’s history, and we eagerly anticipate the exciting new chapter!

Coming off a successful reopening of our golf course, we look forward to bringing on new team members to help us continue developing world-class playing conditions for our membership. The goal of our internship program is to challenge each intern to grow both as a person and as a professional. Upon completion of the program, interns will be prepared and empowered to advance to the next step in their career! This week, our team had the opportunity to participate in a personal style class led by our talented Director of Retail, Katie Gates, and Assistant Retail Manager, JoJo Barrett. They shared their expertise and offered practical guidance to help team members uncover their unique styles and build wardrobes that authentically represent who they are. ??? Fall is an exciting time at the Bobby Jones Pub & Grille! This week, our talented pastry chef, Calista Kiecker, taught our team how to create her new Cardamom Spice Cake, a delightful new dessert that embodies the flavors of autumn. This dish features bosc pears paired with a mascarpone cream and complemented by a unique crabapple gel made from locally sourced crabapples. It's finished with a crispy pistachio walnut florentine and red wine poached pears, all drizzled with warm brandy cider caramel that features a rich apple molasses that adds the perfect touch! This dessert truly reflects our culinary philosophy of serving the finest seasonal ingredients in an interesting yet approachable way. We’re committed to creating memorable dining experiences that celebrate the best of each season!

Yesterday I had the pleasure of presenting to the Club + Resort Business fall webinar series about "The Importance of Branding Your Club!" ? Thank you to Rob Thomas for hosting me. ?? I LOVE branding and seeing my designs come to life, working with other creatives in hospitality, and sharing my knowledge with fellow club professionals! ("Register" for the October 8th webinar to view) I dive into the creation of The Lodge restaurant and Golf Course Restoration Emblem. I couldn't do what I do without my amazing team Derek Schmidt and Jeff Keiser. Grateful girlie over here! ???
