Interior Finishes by Sydnor is a Construction company that takes pride in being a Benefit Limited Liability Company because not only are we passionate about building, we are passionate about benefiting the society and environment in which we operate. As a General Contractor we work with qualified specialty sub-contractors while performing all Interior Finish work such as nonstructural framing, drywall, painting, tilework etc. in house with our crew. Our company is broken down into two major departments. -Department of Construction -Department of Technical Skills Training (Construction) We were established September 1, 2017 in Philadelphia, PA by two ambitious, courageous and passionate young women - (Tawanda Sydnor) and (Stacey Outlaw) both whom have pulled from their personal professional backgrounds to create a wealth of invaluable skills that are necessary to be one of the top competitors in their industry. Stacey Outlaw (Operations Manager) has over ten years of experience working in management in the Transportation, Energy and Healthcare industries. Stacey also has a strong background in Safety Management! Tawanda Sydnor (Construction Manager) has over thirteen years of experience working in the Construction industry at various levels from Trades professional and Supervisor to Construction Quality Inspector, Tawanda also has nine years of experience working on large scale Industrial Engineering projects on various levels from Rail Car builder, to Filed Service Engineer and Quality Assurance Inspector. Ms. Sydnor has constructed and oversaw the construction of everything from homes to trains! And has developed and facilitated many Construction training courses. We operate in Residential and Commercial markets and everything that we build is designed and installed per the Uniform Construction Code, Philadelphia Building Codes and conforms to ADA standards.
