Over the years, ICG has successfully completed numerous projects within this Tishman Speyer owned and managed iconic building. The current project, designed by Gensler and McGuire Engineers, reflects a commitment to innovation in commercial interior design and construction.

The ICG team had a fantastic time at the ALA Chicago Law Firm Leaders Event! The new chapter board and President, Katie Sheldon, MBA, CLM was welcomed along with a thought-provoking presentation on the 10 Critical Trends in the Legal Profession. The highlight of the morning was a special moment when our Business Development Manager, Jaime Zwierzynski, presented a donation check to Legal Aid Chicago. This donation was made possible through the funds previously raised at ALA Chicago’s annual charity event, "Tee Up for a Cause," where Jaime played a key role in securing raffle donations for this worthy cause.
