Today the Court of Appeal in the UK dismissed Tesla’s case against #InterDigital. Commenting on the decision InterDigital Chief Legal Officer Josh Schmidt said: “We are pleased that the UK’s Court of Appeal has agreed with the lower court decision and dismissed Tesla’s case against us. Those industry-led solutions which can make licensing more efficient should be encouraged and, like any automaker, Tesla has the option of engaging with innovators like InterDigital in bilateral negotiations or opting for an alternative structure by taking a 5G platform license through Avanci.”
